Hi, I’m Lindsay — occupational therapist, mom of three, and the heart behind Forged by Grace.
This space wasn’t born out of a perfectly planned business strategy. It was born in the middle of a storm — during a season where I had three kids under five, a home that felt like chaos, and a broken leg that left me unable to walk for 10 weeks.
During that time, I had no choice but to slow down. And in that stillness, my OT training met my reality. I began looking deeper into how I could adapt — not just physically, but emotionally and as a mother. My house needed order. My kids needed routine. I needed peace.

Forged in the Fire of Motherhood

I create practical, developmentally-informed tools for parents—especially those navigating early childhood at home.
My resources are designed to support:
• Building consistent, flexible home routines
• Encouraging emotional regulation and sensory awareness
• Promoting confident, connection-based parenting

What I do Here

Everything I share is rooted in both my background as an occupational therapist and my day-to-day experience raising three young children. It’s professional insight—applied to real family life.

I love playing with old film cameras! It's a hobby of mine.

Thing #5

Motherhood is a divine calling — a daily invitation to grow in strength, patience, and grace.

Motherhood is where grace meets growth—where your weakest moments become the soil God uses to strengthen you.

Children don’t need perfect parents—they need regulated ones. Calm isn’t just taught; it’s felt through connection and co-regulation.

I believe:

Borrowing Calm
